1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yuuu.io (the "Site") and any related services, content, programmes, and memberships (together, the "Services") provided by Yuuu Health ("Yuuu", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase any membership or programme from us. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Accounts and security

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@yuuu.io if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Memberships, programmes, and payments

Specific membership tiers, programmes (including Optima, Potentia, and Libra), and any associated fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be described at the point of sale and in any separate agreement you enter into with us. Those details, together with these Terms, form the complete agreement between us in relation to that Service.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law (for example, your statutory cancellation rights as a consumer). Where you have a right to cancel, we will explain how to exercise it before you commit to the purchase.

6. Health, wellbeing, and no medical advice

The content on the Site and within our programmes is provided for general information, education, and lifestyle purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified healthcare provider.

Always consult a suitably qualified medical professional before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, exercise, supplement, or nutrition programme, and seek immediate medical attention for any urgent health concern. You use any information or programme from us at your own discretion and risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, our systems, or other users' accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks;
• scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site except as expressly permitted;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying design — is owned by or licensed to Yuuu and is protected by intellectual property laws. If you submit any content to us (for example through the contact form, a programme, or correspondence), you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to provide, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any information provided will meet your specific requirements or produce particular results.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).

Subject to that, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant Service during that period, or (b) GBP 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuuu and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example by email or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in another country you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by local law.
