This is one of the most important phases of your programme. Your goals are personal to you and they will change as you progress through your programme.
We use your goals to create milestones that track your progress.

2. Designing your programme
Programme Design is led by our team of Doctors and built to support you in achieving your goals.
This design phase takes account of your health at the start of the process and any specific health issues you may currently have

3. Delivering your programme
Programme delivery is coordinated by your Client Manager. This is your dedicated point of contact for everything.
They will set up your appointments with your Nutritionist, Personal Trainers, book scans and follow-up appointments and give you all of the support you need.

4. Supporting your journey
Your Client Manager is there to support you day to day, coordinate with your team, interact with your Doctor and assist you with tasks (Travel & Lifestyle).
Staying motivated is the key to the success of any programme, so they will also send you relevant information and articles that will encourage and inspire you.

5. Tracking your progress
Hitting your milestones is hugely motivational. We can see the impact of the changes made within your programme in your blood tests, body composition and the way that you look and feel.
We track and celebrate your achievements with you, setting new goals and targets at each interval.

6. Achieving your goals
As you hit your milestones and achieve your goals, you will be feeling fitter and healthier and ready to take on new challenges.
We see health improvement as a continual process, and we encourage you to see it as a lifelong journey.
